Report of the Portfolio Committee on Transport on the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, dated 23 September 2014:

The Portfolio Committee on Transport, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, and the Explanatory Memorandum to the Convention, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention and the Explanatory Memorandum thereto.
