Committee on Trade and Industry, having considered the subject of the
National
Credit Amendment Bill
[B 47 2013], referred to it and classified by
the Joint Tagging Mechanism (JTM) as a section 76 Bill, reports the Bill with
amendments [B 47A 2013].
The committee
further reports that the Congress of the People objected to the insertion of
clause 22(4).
