Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the Adoption of an Automatic Recommendation on the Social Protection Floor by the International Labour Organisation, dated 31 July 2014:

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Adoption of an Automatic Recommendation on the Social Protection Floor by the International Labour Organisation , referred to it in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, recommends that the House approve the said Convention.
