The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the subject matter of the Legal Practice Bill [B20D – 2012] (National Assembly – section 76), and the amendments of the National Council of Province (Announcements, Tablings and Committee Reports, 5 March 2014, p 532), referred to the Committee, reports that it has agreed to the Bill.

The Democratic Alliance and the African Christian Democratic Party rejected the Bill.
