The Standing Committee on Finance, having considered and examined the Taxation Laws Amendment Bill [B13 - 2014] (National Assembly- section 77), referred to it, and classified by the JTM as a Money Bill, reports the Bill with amendments. [B13a - 2014]

The Committee considered and agreed to the amendments proposed by the Minister of Finance in order to make technical corrections to the Bill in terms of section 14 of the Money Bills Amendment Procedure and Related Matters Act (Act No. 9 of 2009).

The committee further reports that the Democratic Alliance (DA) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) reserve their position on the Bill.
