The Standing Committee on Finance, having considered the Draft Supply Chain Regulations issued in terms of the Financial Management of Parliament Act, 2009 (Act No. 10 of 2009) , tabled in terms of section 65(6) of the Act and having conferred with the Select Committee on Finance and Interim Joint Committee on Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, presents amended Draft Supply Chain Regulations to be considered.
