The Portfolio Committee on Finance, having considered the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Royalty Bill [B59 – 2008] (National Assembly – sec 77), referred to it, and classified by the Joint  Tagging Mechanism as a Money Bill, reports that it has agreed to the Bill.
