Report of the Portfolio Committee on Foreign Affairs on the Treaty of Friendship and Partnership between the Republic of South Africa and the Russian Federation, tabled in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution, dated 21 October 2008:

 

The Portfolio Committee on Foreign Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament on the Treaty of Friendship and Partnership between the Republic of South Africa and the Russian Federation referred to it, recommends that the Assembly, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
