The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Extradition Treaty between the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of Korea, with its accompanying explanatory memorandum, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the House ratifies the Treaty.
