Report of the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development on Notice on Remuneration of Magistrates, dated 22 October 2008:

 

The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Notice on Remuneration of Magistrates in terms of section 12(3) of the Magistrates Act 1993, (Act No 90 of 1993), tabled on 22 October 2008 and referred to it, recommends that the House in terms of section 12(3) of the Act, approves the said Notice with the exception of the references to the President: Divorce Court and Presiding Office: Divorce Court contained in Schedule 1 of the Notice.
