and proposed amendments of
the National Council of Provinces (Announcements,

and Committee Reports, 27 November 2012, p 5024), referred to the Committee,
reports that it has agreed to the amendments [B 6C 2010].
While supporting
the proposed amendments, the Democratic Alliance, the Congress of the People
and the African Christian Democratic Party were not in favour of the Bill.
