The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Recommendation concerning HIV and Aids and the World of Work, No 200 (Recommendation 200) and South African Code of Good Practice on HIV and Aids and the World of Work, 2012 (HIV Code), including its Technical Assistance Guidelines ( TAGs ), referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Recommendation.
