Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the Maritime Labour Convention, dated 5 March 2013:

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
