Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the Work in the Fishing Sector Convention, dated 5 March 2013:

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Work in the Fishing Sector Convention, 2007 (No 188), referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
