[Singing.] This includes interference with the performance of a member in the process of carrying out his or her functions. [Singing.] You cannot, while Parliament or a House or committee is meeting, create or take part in any disturbance within the precincts or in the chamber. [Singing.] Behaving in the manner listed above constitutes an offence in terms of the Act. [Singing.]
