Review all progress made on the recommendations contained in SCOPA’s 14^th Report of October 2000 and the 15^th and 16^th Reports of November and December 2001.

Review the claims made by Andrew Feinstein in his book “After the Party”, to ascertain their truth or falsity,

To review progress made specifically in respect of paragraph C 3 (‘Findings and recommendations”) and paragraph D 3 (“Concluding Remarks” contained in the 15^th Report of SCOPA dated 11 December 2001) that specifically deal with possible cases of corruption.

And in pursuance of the above three objectives, SCOPA calls for documents, and invites witnesses to testify.
