Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Acceptance of the DOHA Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, dated25November 2014:

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of theAcceptance of the DOHA Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
