Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter, and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing, dated 04November 2014:

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter, and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing ,referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
