Report of the Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements on the Rental Housing Amendment Bill [B 56D–2013], dated 9 September 2014:

The Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements, having considered the Rental Housing Amendment Bill [B 56D–2013] (National Assembly – sec 76), amended by the National Council of Provinces and revived by the National Assembly from the stage it reached on the last sitting day of the Sixth Session of the Fourth Parliament (Assembly Minutes, 26 August 2014, p 1072), reports that it has agreed to the Bill.

The Democratic Alliance and the Economic Freedom Fighters abstained from voting on the Bill.
