Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the 1986 Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation, dated 31 July 2014:

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the 1986 Instrument for the Amendment of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation, referred to it in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, recommends that the House approve the said Convention.
