Note that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the entity is a member of each Board. Hence, the total number of Directors on each Board includes Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), the CEO and CFO, with the exception of SAA, where the Interim CFO is not a member of the Board. In addition, the composition of the SAFCOL and Alexkor Boards are under review. The vacancies listed in the column for Directors refers only to NED vacancies.
