Whether the staff organogram of his department is being restructured; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) why, (b) what are full details in this regard and (c) by what date will the restructuring be finalised?

The staff organogram of the Department is not being restructured. The position of the department in this regard is that no organisational restructuring is anticipated.
