What number of (a) tuberculosis patients are seen at the (i) Beverly Hills Clinic, (ii) Braamfischerville Clinic, (iii) Diepkloof Provincial Clinic, (iv) Khutsong South Clinic, (v) Moleleki Clinic and (vi) Orlando Clinic in Gauteng on a monthly basis and (b) nurses work in a shift at each specified clinic?
