It must be noted, that when all the police agencies amalgamated, they were all using different systems, therefore, the recorded they used during the amalgamation process, relating to the staffing establishment, is not available on PERSAL. The annual reports were prepared separately and such information could not be found. The earliest annual report made, was in 1994 and such information was not reported at the time.
