(1) Has her department ordered an investigation into the refusal of senior managers of the Government Communications Information Service (GCIS) to co-operate with the National Communications Task Team (NCTT) (details furnished); if so, what are the (a) terms of reference of the investigation and (b) time frames when the investigation is to be completed; (2) (a) how many workshops were held between the NCTT and GCIS, (b) on what dates were these workshops held, (c) where were the workshops held and (d) what were the outcomes of these workshops?
