(1)When will his department publish a National Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Report for the mining sector; (2) how many staff members of his department were responsible for assessing compliance with environmental management plans or programmes in each region in the (a) 2013-14 and (b) 2014-15 financial years; (3) how many staff members of his department were responsible for enforcement action for failure to comply with environmental management plans or programmes in each region in the (a) 2013-14 and (b) 2014-15 financial years?
