(1)Whether the Cultural and Creative Industries Federation of South Africa (CCIFSA) submitted a copy of its constitution to him; if not, why not; if so, (a) on what date and (b) what are the further relevant details in this regard; (2) whether the CCIFSA submitted annual financial statements for the (a) 2014-15 and (b) 2015-16 financial years; if not, in each case, why not; if so, in each case, on what date(s) were the specified annual financial statements submitted to him; (3) whether his department provided any form of funding, assistance, sponsorships and/or assets to the CCIFSA since the establishment of the federation in 2014; if not, in each case, what is the position in this regard; if so, in each case, (a) what was the value of the funding, assistance, sponsorships and/or assets provided to the CCIFSA, (b) for what purposes and (c) has he found that the specified purposes were met?
