(1) What are the total amounts contractually owed by the (a) United Nations (UN) and (b) Southern African Development Community (SADC) for the international deployment of the SA National Defence Force (i) in the past five financial years and (ii) since 1 April 2024 up to the latest specified date for which information is available; (2) what (a) are the (i) relevant details of the deployment and (ii) total amounts actually paid by the UN and SADC and (b) steps were and/or will be implemented to recover outstanding debt in each case?
