In light of the water pipelines for prepaid water system that are currently being built by the Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality in ward 30 of Laersdrift informal settlement, (a) what processes were followed to ensure that community members were also included and employed in such a project and (b) what revenue will the municipality derive from the community that is experiencing huge numbers of unemployment?
