(1)What are the relevant details of each official credit card issued to any staff member employed by any entity reporting to her; (2) in respect of each specified credit card, (a) what is the (i) name and (ii) organogram position of the user, (iii) maximum permissible value of each purchase and (iv) total credit limit of the card and (b) what are the (i) relevant details of permissible purchases for which each credit card may be used and (ii) reasons that each specified person was issued with a credit card?
