(1) Whether Netball South Africa (Netball SA) asked for a police clearance report on a certain person (name furnished) when it considered to reinstate the specified person; if not, why not; if so, was any legal opinions requested on the matter; (2) whether any psychological assessment was undertaken to evaluate the impact of the person’s possible return on the players; if so, what were the findings; (3) whether the person has been reappointed by Netball SA; if not, what is the position in this regard; if so, (a) on whose recommendation was the person appointed and (b) in what capacity?
