Hoosen, Mr MH to ask the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs
(1)With reference to the R20 billion allocated to municipalities from the R500 billion economic support package for relief during the Covid-19 pandemic, (a) what is the breakdown of allocations for each municipality, (b) what are the conditions for spending that her department has set for each grant recipient and (c) on what date was each grant transferred to each recipient; (2) whether she will furnish Mr M H Hoosen with a copy of the spending plans of each municipality; if not, why not, if so, on what date?
