(1)What (a)(i) was the original costing and (ii) is the current costing of demolishing the Kempton Park Hospital and (b) are the reasons for the huge difference in the costing; (2) given the new costing, will his department consider refurbishing the hospital rather than demolishing it; if not, why not?
