The Committee considered the report and adopted it, without amendments..

The Committee adopted the report, without amendments .

Committee Report on Germany oversight visit: 20 - 27 June 2007
The Committee adopted the report with amendments, hoping to make its final recommendations on the issues raised after its meeting with the Department of Home Affairs and other stakeholders.

Committee Report on its various oversight visits 30 July - 3 August 2007
The Committee considered the Report on various oversight visits, including to Marabastad Home Affairs Refugee Office, Home Affairs Regional Office in Pretoria and the Lindela Repatriation Centre. The Report was adopted, with amendments.

Committee Report on Mbizana visit
Consideration and adoption of this report was postponed to the next meeting, due to time constraints.

Adoption of minutes
The Committee adopted its minutes of previous meetings held on 15, 16 and 22 of May 2007, without amendments.

The meeting was adjourned.
