The Committee completed its discussion of the Bill. This took about 20 minutes. They approved clauses 48-68 without any new amendments. Clause 58(2) was the exception. The Committee decided to flag it for later discussion. Peter Smith raised concerns about the constitutionality of clause 58(2).
