MINUTES
The Chairperson, Mr Nkosi (African National Congress) welcomed everyone to the meeting. The meeting was held to go through the final document that would be used as a report to be submitted to the next Portfolio Committee Minerals and Energy after the elections.
The State Law Advisors had made a few changes to the document since the Portfolio Committee had last seen it, and briefed the committee on these changes. The committee then agreed to adopt the document, noting that a schedule containing issues not yet dealt with would still be added.
