SUMMARY
The Committee adopted its Annual Report without discussion. It agreed to consider the report on Third Quarter Expenditure for all Departments at its next meeting because Members had not read the report.
MINUTES
The Committee considered and adopted its report for 2004. The report covered the months from June to November 2004. The Committee had been established in June 2004 but formally constituted in October 2004.
The Committee agreed to discuss and adopt the report on Department Third Quarter Expenditure at its next meetings. Some Members had indicated that they had received the report only minutes into this meeting and thus had not read it.
The meeting was adjourned.
