SUMMARY
The Chairperson mentioned that this Bill, a Section 76 Bill, had already been to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) and amendments had been made by its Select Committee on Social Services on the request of the Minister of Health. He went through the amendments clause by clause, and Members agreed to all five clauses as well as the amendments proposed by the NCOP. The Bill was unanimously adopted.
