SUMMARY
Members adopted their Annual Report and the Budget with minor adjustments. They postponed the adoption of the Committee Programme. The Programme would be adopted at the next meeting, because some Members felt it was just a skeleton, and that it also reflected on past activities.

MINUTES
Members agreed that they needed to show commitment and attend meetings from Monday to Friday. The Party Whips needed to monitor the attendance of Select Committee Members, as they had often not attended meetings in the past. It was also suggested that the Office of the Chairperson should organise special meetings if there were pressing issues.
