SUMMARY
The Committee unanimously adopted its minutes written by the Committee clerk, of the seven meetings held between August and November 2004.

MINUTES
Ms J Terblanche (DA) (North West) asked if it was a procedure to exclude people’s names in a minuted question. She felt name exclusion made it difficult to follow. She was going to check up with other Committees to see if they followed the same procedure.

Ms N Ntwanambi (Western Cape) and the Chairperson responded that a Committee had agreed that this was acceptable practice for a formal meeting.

The meeting was adjourned.
