SUMMARY
The Committee adopted its Annual Report for 2004 and Committee Programme for 2005. Its report on the oversight visit to the Eastern Cape will be finalised at another date, and preparations for the study tour to Brazil were discussed.
MINUTES
Committee Annual Report 2004
The Chair stated that it was not technically an Annual Report because the full yearly cycle has not yet been completed. For that reason the document would be called a progress report.
The Committee effected a few technical amendments to the report, and adopted it.
Report on Oversight visit to Eastern Cape
The Chair stated that the report was incomplete and would be discussed by the Committee at another date.
Committee Programme 2005
The Chair noted that Members agreed to the programme.
Study tour to Brazil
The Committee discussed its preparations for the study tour to Brazil at the end of February.
The meeting was adjourned.
