CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS: EXPLANATARY MEMORANDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN GOVERNMENT OF RSA AND GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIC OF NAMIBIA CONCERNING NATURAL GAS TRADE, AND BRIEFING BY GAS INDUSTRY: AFROX LTD AND LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS SAFETY ASSOCIATION OF SA

The meeting was due to start at 09.00 am but at 9.20 am the Chair proposed that the Members move to a more suitable venue. This was accepted and done.
At 9.45 am the Chair cancelled the meeting because the report presenters had not arrived, without any explanation. He expressed his grave displeasure at this waste of the time of the 23 members present. He expected that the meeting would take place during the following week.
