MINUTES
The Task Group heard a presentation from Opti-plan on a filing system design. The filing system is made locally and is designed to maximise space and efficiency and comes with a comprehensive support programme. Members voiced the opinion that it was not only administrative staff and the Auditor-General's office that required the system, but members as well. The Task Group agreed to discuss the issue and make a recommendation on it.

The Committee went on to consider the working draft of the SCAG Report (see above) and the way forward. The remainder of the meeting was not minuted.
