The Higher Education Amendment Bill [B 45B-99], and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme Bill [B 48B-99] was adopted by the committee with no amendments and no objections.

MINUTES
The Xhairperson, Mr D Kgware, noted that the South African Sports Commission Second Amendment Bill [B61-99] will not be adopted in this meeting, because it has not yet been debated in the National Assembly. Another meeting has been scheduled for 9h00 tomorrow, to adopt this Bill.

The Higher Education Amendment Bill [B 45B-99], and the National Student Financial Aid Scheme Bill [B 48B-99] was placed before the committee. As there were no questions of clarity on the Bills by the committee, the Chairperson read both Bills clause by clause. The committee adopted the Bills with no amendments and no objections.
