CHAIRPERSON ELECTION
Co-Chairpersons:
SUMMARY
Mr N Nene (ANC, NA) and Mr J Mahlangu (ANC, NCOP) were unanimously elected as Chairpersons of the Joint Committee.
MINUTES
The Committee Clerk called for nomination for the Joint Committee Chairpersons. Mr M Goeieman (ANC, NA) nominated Mr N Nene (ANC) to represent the National Assembly, and Ms F Nyanda (ANC, NCOP) nominated Mr J Mahlangu (ANC) o represent the National Council of Provinces.
Ms Taljaard, Mr Kannemeyer, Mr Ralana and Dr Davies extended their congratulations.
The meeting was adjourned.
