Mr D Ryder (DA; Gauteng) said the draft report on virtual oversight on in-year monitoring expenditure of HIV & AIDS (Life Skills Education) Grant and Learners with Profound Intellectual Disabilities Grant for the 2020/21 financial year was well drafted but did not include comment on the Western Cape report which stood out. He said the DA reserved its rights.

Mr F Du Toit (FF+, North West) said the Freedom Front Plus reserved its rights on the report.

Mr M Moletsane (EFF, Free State) said the EFF reserved its rights.

The report was adopted.
