Meeting report
The Chairperson pointed out that he does not have the hard copies of the minutes before him due to load shedding. He asked if Members could use their laptops and phones to look at the minutes.
Mr F Du Toit (FF+, North West) suggested the Committee approve of minutes on a weekly basis.
The Chairperson agreed but also pointed out that it does not take a lot of work on the part of the Chairperson. However, only minor changes are made and not to the content.
Jokingly, Mr Du Toit responded that he understands the Chairperson is getting old.
The Committee adopted the following minutes without amendments:
8 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 22 October 2019, 29 October 2019, 31 October 2019, 5 November 2019, 6 November 2019, 8 November 2019;, 12 November 2019, 27 November 2019, 3 December 2019, 11 February 2020, 18 February 2020 and 24 February 2020.
The meeting was adjourned.
