Opening remarks
The Chairperson welcomed everyone present and announced that the meeting would be the last one in the Fifth Parliament. Hopefully, Members had gone through the Report so that the proceedings may be quick.
Consideration and adoption of Legacy Report
The Chairperson took the Members through the Report page by page, and asked Members to submit any comments and questions as the process unfolds.
No substantive amendments were made by Members on the Report.
The Report was then submitted for adoption.
The Report was adopted without any amendments.
Considerations of outstanding minutes
The Committee also adopted a set of outstanding minutes without any amendments.
The Chairperson thanked the Members for their efforts in the work done by the Committee in the North West. He hoped that the Sixth Parliament Committee would consider the recommendations of the Committee.
He bade farewell to Members.
The meeting was then adjourned.
