Consideration of outstanding work: postponement of meeting

Meeting Summary

A meeting was scheduled for 9:30am in an attempt to review the Committee’s outstanding work. Very few members arrived as scheduled (3 ANC members) and three other members arrived within 20 minutes of the stipulated time. The present committee members made frantic efforts to reach their colleagues with an aim to have a quorum for the meeting to hold but all efforts proved abortive. After roughly 25 minutes from the official starting time of the meeting (9:55am), the Committee Secretary announced an adjournment of the meeting as there was no quorum. A total of six (6) members availed themselves.
