SUMMARY
The Committee considered the amendments from the meeting on October 29, 2002. The Bill was approved unanimously, and will be debated by the National Assembly on November 14, 2002. It is however, unlikely to come before the National Council of Chambers before Parliament rises, and will therefore only become law during 2003.
